My Book

This is the book I wish that I had at the beginning of my caregiver days.  Instead, I was handed the book, “The 36 Hour Day”, which scared me to death. I didn’t want to look at what misery was in my future, I wanted some positive actions that I could use right now. Since I didn’t have what I needed, I took notes on everything that made my journey easier.  I “invented” positive tools to use today and in the future. Now I have put them all in a downloadable book and a concise Tips Booklet to make your life easier. It is a book of positive steps you can take to keep yourself healthy during your care giving days. It is full of actions to help you anticipate future challenges and prepare for them in advance.  If and when that challenge does show up in your life, you are ready in advance to face it. Positive presto! Being prepared reduces stress.  JOY
